Get started with Vynce
Everything you need to set up your account, connect your tools, install the HUD, and start getting real-time AI coaching on every call.
Account Setup
Create your account and choose the right plan for how you close.
Create your account
Go to vynce.llc and click Get Started. Enter your name, email address, and a password. Check your inbox for a verification email and click the link to confirm your account.
Choose a plan
Vynce offers three plans:
- Free — 3 calls/month, basic HUD access, 3 content uploads
- Pro ($79/mo) — Unlimited calls, full live HUD, AI summaries, unlimited content library, stage detection
- Team — Everything in Pro for 5 seats, plus Manager dashboard and team analytics
Upgrade to Pro
Go to Dashboard → Billing and click Upgrade to Pro. Payment is handled securely via Stripe. Your plan activates immediately after checkout and the Live HUD unlocks automatically.
Complete your profile
Go to Dashboard → Settings to set your display name and configure any notification preferences. This information syncs to your HUD automatically.
Founding Members who signed up during early access are locked in at their rate permanently — it will never increase as we raise prices for new subscribers.
Connecting Your Zoom Account
Link Zoom to pull call context and enable automatic session tracking.
Open Zoom Integration settings
In the dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations and click Connect Zoom. You'll be redirected to Zoom's OAuth authorization page.
Authorize Vynce
Log in to your Zoom account if prompted, then click Allow to grant Vynce access. Vynce only requests read access to your meeting recordings — it cannot schedule, modify, or delete meetings.
Confirm the connection
You'll be redirected back to the dashboard. A green Connected badge will appear next to the Zoom integration. Your calls will now appear in Dashboard → Calls automatically after each session ends.
Audio routing with Zoom
For live suggestions to fire on the prospect's voice (not yours), you need to route Zoom's output audio into Vynce. The recommended setup uses VB-Audio Virtual Cable (free):
- Download and install VB-Audio Virtual Cable from vb-audio.com/Cable
- In Zoom Settings → Audio, set Speaker to
CABLE Input (VB-Audio) - In the Vynce HUD Settings → Audio, set System Audio to
CABLE Output (VB-Audio) - Start a call — Vynce hears your prospect automatically
Downloading & Installing the HUD
The Vynce HUD is a lightweight desktop overlay that floats above all your windows during calls.
- 1. Go to Dashboard → Download HUD
- 2. Click Download for Windows
- 3. Run the
Vynce.Setup.exeinstaller - 4. If SmartScreen appears, click More info → Run anyway
- 5. Log in with your Vynce credentials

Configure your audio devices
Once logged in, open HUD Settings → Audio Devices. Set your Microphone to your headset or built-in mic. If you want suggestions to fire on the prospect's voice, also configure System Audio (see the Zoom section above).
Choose your call mode
Live mode fires suggestions when the prospect speaks (requires system audio configured). Practice mode fires when you speak — great for solo drills without extra audio setup.
Position the HUD
Drag the HUD to a corner of your screen where it won't cover your video call. You can resize it with the bottom-right handle and adjust opacity in Settings → HUD → Opacity. Press Ctrl+Shift+V to toggle it on/off instantly.
The HUD checks for updates automatically each time it launches. When an update is ready you'll see a banner — click Restart Now to apply it, or it installs on the next launch.
How Live AI Suggestions Work
Vynce listens, understands where you are in the call, and surfaces exactly what to say next.
Two-stage suggestion pipeline
Interim — ~1.5 seconds
As soon as the prospect starts speaking, Vynce sends the live transcript to Claude and returns a single ready-to-say sentence almost instantly. This keeps you one step ahead even mid-sentence.
Final — full RAG retrieval
Once the speaker finishes, Vynce runs a semantic search across your Content Library and the global training database, then generates a deeper 1–2 sentence suggestion grounded in your scripts, objection handlers, and analogies. This replaces the interim suggestion.
Stage Detection
Vynce automatically identifies which stage of the sales process you're in — Opening, Discovery, Pre-Handling, Why Now, Future Pace, Pitch, Objection Handling, Close — and calibrates suggestions accordingly. During Objection Handling it prioritises reframes and analogies. During Closing it surfaces urgency and commitment language.
Content Library
Go to Dashboard → Content Library and add your own scripts, objection handlers, analogies, and case studies. Vynce uses semantic search to match your content to whatever the prospect just said — the more specific your uploads, the more precise the suggestions.
Post-Call AI Summary
After ending a call, Vynce generates a structured recap: key objections raised, how they were handled, what went well, what to improve, and a recommended next step. Summaries appear in Dashboard → Calls within a few seconds of hanging up.
Live AI suggestions and Stage Detection require Pro or Team plan. Free accounts include 3 calls/month with basic HUD access.

Quick answers to the most common questions.
Does Vynce record my calls?
Vynce transcribes audio in real time using Deepgram, but does not store audio recordings. Only the text transcript is retained and associated with your call session. Zoom recordings are handled separately by Zoom itself.
Will my prospect know Vynce is running?
No. The HUD is a local desktop overlay — it only appears on your screen and is never visible in screen shares or to the person you're speaking with. Vynce has no interaction with the call software itself.
What platforms does the HUD support?
Vynce HUD works on Windows 10/11 and macOS 12+ (Apple Silicon and Intel). It runs alongside any calling platform — Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Discord, GoHighLevel, and standard phone calls via a softphone.
Why aren't suggestions appearing during my call?
The most common causes:
- Audio device not selected in HUD Settings → Audio Devices
- Wrong call mode — Live mode requires system audio; Practice mode uses your mic
- The LIVE indicator isn't active — click Start Listening before the prospect speaks
- Plan restriction — Live HUD requires Pro or Team

How does my Content Library improve suggestions?
When you upload scripts, objection handlers, and analogies, Vynce creates a semantic embedding of each entry. During a live call, it matches the prospect's words to your content in real time and uses the closest matches to ground the AI suggestion. More specific, conversational content (100–400 words per entry) performs best.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Go to Dashboard → Billing → Manage subscription to open the Stripe customer portal. You can cancel, change your plan, or update payment info. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Pro access until then.
What is a Founding Member?
Founding Members signed up during early access and locked in a special discounted rate that will never increase. Your Founding Member status is shown in the dashboard and in HUD Settings → Account.
