Vynce ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

1. Data We Collect

Account information: email, name, and password (hashed)
Call data: transcripts, recordings, and AI-generated summaries
Content library: documents and training materials you upload
Usage data: feature usage, session logs for improving the product
Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe — we never store card numbers

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide and improve the Service
To personalize AI suggestions to your style and content
To send product updates (you can opt out any time)
To process payments and manage subscriptions

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers necessary to run Vynce (Supabase for database, Anthropic for AI, Deepgram for transcription, Stripe for payments). All providers are bound by data processing agreements.

4. Your Content

Your call recordings, transcripts, and uploaded content are private to your account. We do not use your content to train shared AI models. Your training data only shapes your own AI suggestions.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data by contacting us on Discord. Stripe may retain billing records as required by law.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and row-level security on our database.

7. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
