Vynce provides AI-powered sales coaching tools. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Founding member pricing is locked in for as long as your subscription remains active. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
You retain ownership of content you upload to Vynce. You grant us a license to process that content to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
You may not use Vynce to violate any laws, infringe on others' rights, transmit malware, or engage in fraudulent activity.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific sales results from use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vynce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
